    Cold smoking is not as difficult as you think with this Vuur&Rook Cold Smoke Generator. Fill the generator with Vuur&Rook smoke flour and light it with a tea light. When the smoke flour starts to smoulder, you can remove the tea light and you are ready to cold smoke salmon, meat, cheese, sausage, etc. for up to 12 hours! You can use this generator in your BBQ provided it has a lid, or of course in your smoker.

    Tip from the BBQ Pitmaster: The ideal temperature for cold smoking is between 24°C and 26°C (dome/BBQ) and is therefore easiest in autumn & winter.
