What are the shipping options for my order and what are the costs?

We offer several shipping options:

  • Shipping with PostNL within the Netherlands for €7.95 (up to 25kg).
  • Shipping with DPD within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for €7.95 (up to 25kg).
  • Shipping with Trunkrs within the Netherlands and partly Belgium, with delivery the next working day if you order before 11:59 PM.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied or if the product is damaged. Do not use the product in a way that leaves traces of use.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

We will pay the shipping costs of your return if:
