Our starting point is that you as a customer should enjoy receiving your package. We believe it is important to deliver well and quickly. Of course, something can always happen to the package and/or delivery, causing minor damage or delays through no fault of our own. However, we always try to limit this and solve it in a good way.

Return package or product.
Are you not satisfied with your product? Or is it damaged? That's annoying. And we will do something about that, promise! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Do not use the product in a way that leaves traces of use or could cause hygiene problems. By definition, withdrawal of visibly used products is not possible. You have 14 days after registering your return to return the product.

After registering the return, we will refund the order amount, including shipping costs, within 14 days. We do this on the account number with which you paid for the order.

To request a return, you need your order number (found on all our communications, starting with ORD) and the zip code with which you placed your order!

Who pays the shipping costs?

We will pay the shipping costs for your return if one of the points below applies to your order:

  • If you have received a product that you did not order
  • If you receive a defective product and report this within the inspection period
  • If you have ordered a product from us based on incorrect product information on our website

You must pay the return shipping costs yourself if one of the points below applies to your order:

  • If you report a defect outside the inspection period
  • If you are not satisfied with a product
  • If you accidentally ordered the wrong product

The amount depends on the weight and size of the shipment. The basic amount for returning a package via PostNL is €6.95. If you, as a consumer, exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for a maximum of the return shipping costs. We recommend that you always send a return shipment with track & trace or registered mail. If your package is lost by the carrier during the shipping process, we are not liable!
