    Van Beekum's frankfurter mix is ​​a carefully composed blend of herbs and spices, specially designed to make delicious frankfurters yourself. With this mix you can easily prepare your own crispy and tasty sausages, exactly the way you want them.

    Ingredients:

    Starch (potato), herbs and spices (coriander, pepper, nutmeg, mace, cardamom, ginger), dextrose, stock (salt, maltodextrin (corn), hydrolyzed soy protein, corn starch, flavor enhancer (E627, E631), yeast extract, sugar, onion powder, food acid (lactic acid)), emulsifier (E450), acidity regulator (E575), isolated soy protein (contains sulphite ), natural flavouring, antioxidant (E301, E300).

    Use: 60 grams per kilogram of this mix + 15 grams of Nitrite salt 0.6%.
