    On just 1.5 hectares in the middle of the village they produce an abundance of delicacies: fresh fruit and vegetables, juice, fermented drinks and preserves. They raise pigs for ham, sausage, salami and bacon; a mixed bird population provides both eggs and meat, while the bees provide the honey. Their lifestyle is the result of their desire to eat delicious food every day.
