The blade is made of exceptionally high quality stainless steel. It is ground very finely and thinly and 'blaugepließtet' by hand. We recommend that you sharpen this knife with a diamond sharpening steel or a sharpening stone. The handles are handmade and polished by artisans. This chef's knife is FSC certified.
