    This potato knife is one of Robert Herder's classics. It has an elongated, oval handle and has been around for more than 80 years. Of course it is 'finely polished' by hand. The blade is made of stainless steel with a hardness of 56-57 HRC (Rockwell hardness), our standard hardness for stainless knives. This knife is 100% FSC certified.
