    With the boneless pork neck (or: the neck of the pig) you can go in all directions! You can make a roulade, strips of meat, pork neck steaks, etc. But by far this meat is most often used to make 'pulled pork'. The pork neck is a beautifully marbled and marbled piece of meat full of flavour. The neck is a wonderfully tender piece of meat and lends itself extremely well to cooking for a long time at a low temperature but as mentioned before also delicious when grilled.

    Here your meat order is carefully selected from fresh cut meat and hygienically packed under vacuum or gas packaging. The meat is labelled with the name, the content in weight, the best-before date and a storage advice. Your meat order is then stored in a cold room of 2°C until approximately 16:00.
