    Encona Mexican Smoked Chilli Jam takes you all the way to Mexico to the ancient Aztecs who cooked peppers on an open fire, mashed with spices and sugar. It is a mild and sweet sauce. Also try it as a dipping sauce.

    Ingredients: Partially inverted sugar syrup, water, distilled vinegar, dried red peppers (3.5%), ancho chili rub (2%) (brown sugar, salt, semolina sugar, paprika powder, ancho chili powder, smoked paprika powder, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper) , tomato puree, chipotle chili powder, salt, stabilizer (Xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate), modified corn starch (E1422).
