    Encona Mexican Smoked Chilli Jam takes you all the way to Mexico to the ancient Aztecs who cooked peppers over an open fire, pounded finely with spices and sugar. It is a mild and sweet sauce. Also try it as a dipping sauce.

    Ingredients: Partly invert sugar syrup, water, distilled vinegar, dried red chillies (3.5%), ancho chilli powder (2%) (brown sugar, salt, semolina sugar, paprika powder, ancho chilli powder, smoked paprika powder, coriander seed, cumin seed, black pepper), tomato puree, chipotle chilli powder, salt, stabiliser (xanthan gum), preservative (potassium sorbate), modified maize starch (E1422).
