    Encona Jerk Marinade is a complex blend of aromatic spices and peppers to create that signature smoky, sweet and salty kick. A medium spiced marinade that is perfect for all your barbecue meats. Smokey, spicy and tangy. That is the taste of a Jamaican beach barbecue.

    Ingredients : water, Jerk seasoning (18%) (spring onion puree (spring onion, salt), red pepper puree (West Indian chillies, Scotch Bonnet peppers, salt), water, cane vinegar, salt, allspice, onion, garlic, brown sugar, paprika, nutmeg powder, thyme, ginger, black pepper), spring onion puree (spring onion, salt, acid (citric acid)), spirit vinegar, sugar, modified corn starch (E1422), pimento powder, garlic powder, onion powder, colour (ammonia caramel), preservative (potassium sorbate).
