      Encona Jerk Marinade is a complex blend of aromatic herbs and peppers to create that signature smoky, sweet and salty kick. A medium spiced marinade that is perfect for all your barbecue meat. Smokey, spicy and tangy. That's the taste of a Jamaican beach barbecue.

      Ingredients : water, Jerk seasoning (18%) (scallion puree (scallion, salt), red pepper puree (West Indian chili pepper, Scotch Bonnet peppers, salt), water, cane sugar vinegar, salt, allspice, onion, garlic, brown sugar, paprika , nutmeg powder, thyme, ginger, black pepper), spring onion puree (scallion, salt, acid (citric acid)), alcohol vinegar, sugar, modified corn starch (E1422), pimento powder, garlic powder, onion powder, color (ammonia caramel), preservative (potassium sorbate).
