    Big Swede BBQ 'Badass Beef Boost' is a bold and flavorful rub with a perfect balance of sweet, warm, savory and salty flavors.

    It’s a rub that will take your beef to the next level. Made with large sugar cane kernels, it works great on brisket, but also on steaks and other meats — try it on pork chops, lamb chops, and even tuna steak. The balance of hot spice and mellow sweetness makes it a great all-purpose rub. The rub also gives the meat a great red color.

    It was awarded 4th Best Rub on the Planet at the American Royal 2018!

    Ingredients: Cane sugar, Spices such as chili pepper, salt, dried garlic and onion, paprika, hydrolyzed soy protein, monosodium glutamate, mustard seed, beef broth, onion powder, maltodextrin, yeast extract, caramel color, extractives of paprika (color), turmeric (color), extractives of celery, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, celery seed and not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
