    The yakitori skewer and grilled pork belly are fully integrated into our Western society. These originally Japanese grilling techniques give a lot of results with little effort. In Japan and Korea they aim for maximum enjoyment of life and nothing is left to chance: meat is briefly grilled, sauces are home-made and the social aspect of sitting around a table barbecue is certainly not forgotten.

    Nothing simpler than a Korean BBQ where a ssam (wrap) or lettuce leaf is filled with a number of ingredients, except that you have to put it in your mouth in one go! Traditionally start with yukhoe (tartare) and end with naengmyeon (noodles in cold broth). Garnish with rice, kimchi and other side dishes and you eat refined and brutal, simple and advanced at the same time.
