Just like the Brisket rub, this pork rub has been specially developed by SunCity BBQ for use during KCBS competitions. This way you can be sure that you will create competition-worthy dishes from the BBQ at home. This rub goes perfectly with pork but also works very well on poultry, beef & side dishes.
