This rub has been specially developed for KCBS use by SunCity BBQ and partly because of this rub, the team has already been awarded the title of Grand Champion four times during national and international competitions. This rub is ideally suited for all types of beef. But hey, a little experimenting can't hurt.

    Ingredients:

    Brown sugar, sea salt, crushed black pepper, crushed paprika, ground paprika, garlic granules, spices.
