    The Napoleon Pro Charcoal Kettle Grill 57 Matte Black (LIMITED EDITION) is a real, multifunctional, innovative trendsetter with all its practical features and sleek design. From simple 'low & slow' cooking of roasts or spareribs to grilling steaks, chicken or fish. It's all possible on this barbecue.

    Equipped with an optimized air system that can be completely closed, allowing very low but also very high temperatures to be reached. This is controlled by turning the ash collection pan to the left or right.

    The three-height adjustable, foldable and enamelled cast iron WAVE (Ø 57cm) grill grate ensures even and long-lasting heat distribution, while the stainless steel heat distributor on the charcoal grate distributes the heat evenly and transports burnt charcoal to the ash collection pan.

    The supplied diffuser plate with charcoal ring makes it easy to create an indirect heat zone and reduces fuel use. The temperature is easy to read on the precise ACCU PROBE™ lid thermometer. The four legs ensure that the kettle is always stable and the working height is optimal. Thanks to its two weatherproof wheels, the PRO-LEG is easy to move.

    This way the kettle is always at the place where the grilling takes place. Tongs and spatulas are always close by thanks to the included tool hook.
