AllBrine Ready Mushroom & Garlic combines particularly well with barbecued chicken and turkey. Even the brine makes the breast fillets wonderfully tender and juicy. Be sure to try this injectable brine with a nice piece of grilled or roast pork.
More tenderness and flavor
Brining improves the flavor of meat, fish or poultry and makes it particularly tender and juicy. AllBrine Ready contains brine with water and tasty flavors, making it injectable. This way you create flavor and tenderness from within.
Usage:
- Attach the needle to the injector and shake the AllBrine Ready before use
- Pour desired portion of brine into a bowl or cup to prevent cross-contamination
(Use 10%-20% of the weight of the meat. So e.g. 500 ml is sufficient for 2.5-5 kg of meat.)
- Fill the injector by placing the needle in the liquid and pulling up on the pusher
- Insert the needle into the flesh and inject while slowly withdrawing the needle
- Repeat this in different directions every 2 centimeters so that the brine is evenly distributed
(Overdosing is almost impossible; if you inject too much, it will naturally drain from the meat.)
- Keep any remaining AllBrine Ready refrigerated
- Barbecue, grill, smoke, bake or roast the meat and enjoy!
