      AllBrine is a universal brine product with sea salt. Brining is an old method that was originally used to preserve food.

      Nowadays we mainly brine because it greatly benefits the tenderness, juiciness and taste of meat and fish. This preparation method is more common in America than in Europe, because brining changes the structure of larger or tougher pieces of barbecue meat, making it deliciously tender. But even a simple chicken fillet comes out wonderfully juicy from the barbecue if it has been left in AllBrine for a few hours

      Our AllBrine No.1 contains sea salt, sugar, herbs and spices and the classic seasonings of carrot, onion, leek and celery.

      Unlike many other brines, our AllBrine has a moderate salt content. That is why it can be combined well with one of the rubs from our range.

      Allbrine No.1 is suitable for fish, meat, poultry and vegetables. Adds extra flavor to steak, smoked salmon, game, chicken, poultry, beef brisket, smoked meat, pulled pork and ribs.
