    Product description

    You use the binchopan to light your Binchotan quickly and easily. The pan consists of three parts, a lid, a middle part and a base. You start by filling your center with Binchotan. Place the Binchotan pieces upright in the center piece. Then place the bottom with the logo downwards on a fireproof surface. Place firelighters or another fire starter on the bottom. Then place the center piece on top. After 15-30 minutes the Binchotan will be glowing and you can fill your grill.

    To extinguish the Binchotan after use, place the bottom of the pan with the logo facing up on a refractory surface. Place the center piece on top of this. Then you fill the center with the glowing Binchotan and close the oxygen with the lid. By using the bincho pan as an extinguisher you can easily reuse your charcoal for the next grilling session. This allows you to use your fuel more sustainably, plus reduces CO2 emissions. Please note that the handle of the bincho pan becomes hot during use. You can light both your Shichirin and Kamado with the binchopan.
