So look in the attic, marketplace or thrift store and make your own minced meat, sausage, burgers and more! Almost all antique mills run on the Enterprise system. For example, if you have a Porkert no8, Alexanderwerk no8 or a Jupiter no8, all Wolfcut parts in size Enterprise 8 will fit on this mill! The Enterprise number is often cast into the neck of the mill, engraved on the spine of the plate (ring disc) or on the blade.
