    By soaking the smoking plank in water beforehand and placing it directly on the grill grate, it creates even cooking while keeping your dish juicy and giving it a refined smoky flavor. Thanks to their generous length of 40 cm, these smoking planks are perfect for larger ingredients. The package contains two planks, allowing you to enjoy this classic cooking method during multiple BBQ sessions.
