The SOLIS Vac Premium is a fully automatic vacuum machine with a powerful vacuum range down to -0.8 bar (using the built-in vacuum pump). The extraction capacity is no less than 9 liters per minute, making this machine also suitable for larger quantities. Thanks to the two different user modes and the Instant Seal function, you can keep dry, moist and fragile foods fresh and fresh for longer, while retaining the flavor aromas. If you store the vacuum-sealed products in the freezer, they will remain usable for no less than a year (for unvacuum-sealed products this is an average of about three months). Almost all foodstuffs can be vacuum sealed with this solid system; from liquid substances such as soup and baby food to compact products such as cheese and meat.
Minimum effort, maximum quality retention
Via the clear control panel (user-friendly touch buttons) at the top of the SOLIS Vac Premium, you can choose the desired function (normal or pressure-sensitive vacuuming of food), or use the Pulse Vacuum function for manual fine adjustment of the vacuum. You can closely monitor the progress of the vacuuming process using the clear LED indicator, also at the top of the system. If moisture is encountered during this process, it will be collected in the supplied drip tray, keeping your countertop clean at all times. If necessary, the Vac Premium is easy to clean, although the material of the machine (stainless steel) prevents fingerprint stains.
