    Product description

    An apparently deep black sauce with flavors of coffee, cocoa, vanilla and black pepper. The blackcurrants in this sauce are the fruity counterpart to the aforementioned deep, ripe flavors and also provide the Mojo (Magic) in this sauce: Namely the deep red color (from the skin of the berries) that the sauce shows during preparation. This produces the red edge in the meat that is so desirable in many Low & Slow meat preparations. A challenging sauce that pairs beautifully with beef cuts such as Brisket and Short Ribs. The incorporation of coffee into sauces/marinades is very trending in the BBQ scene 2020.

    Ingredients:

    sugar, water, blackcurrants (8.1%), dried glucose syrup, vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, molasses, SOY beans, WHEAT (GLUTEN), black garlic (1.4%), garlic, onion, monosodium glutamate, color (roasted sugar syrup), spices, natural flavors, food acid (citric acid, malic acid), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benozoate).
