Good for a crusty whole bread, but also nice for a soft bun or sweets such as cake and pie. This bread knife has a characteristic Hochschliff , where the teeth are deeper and the knife is not only razor sharp, but also remains sharp for a long time. You could saw down a tree with it if you wanted. This knife is right-handed, we have the option to order a left-handed bread knife from another line, if you wish.
