    This double-sided Cast Iron Griddle is the perfect addition to the PKGO Camp & Tailgate Grilling System. It has a smooth side for burgers, searing fish, grilling vegetables and, of course, a grilled breakfast. The ridged side is perfect for steaks, chicken and pork.

    Care instructions:
    PK's Cast Iron Griddles are coated with porcelain enamel to minimize rust formation while still retaining heat very effectively. Chips or scratches in the coating will expose the underlying cast iron, which will lead to rust formation. Rust is typical of all cast iron cooking surfaces, both indoors and outdoors. When grilling with metal utensils, make sure not to scrape the surface. For cleaning, use a soft-bristled grill brush (e.g. nylon) instead of a metal or wire brush.

    To clean, burn off any food residue. Use warm water and mild soap to clean if necessary. Dry after cleaning and coat with a thin layer of vegetable oil to minimize rusting of the exposed areas.
