These GrillGrates (tm) consist of 5 interlocking panels that form a highly conductive cooking surface that sits right on top of the standard and stainless steel grate of your PK CLASSIC Grill. The magic is in the raised rails that transport heat quickly upwards to cook food quickly and evenly, like an infrared cooker.

    While your PK360 is designed to prevent Flare-Ups while cooking with the lid closed, GrillGrates(tm) adds an extra layer of security by blocking Flare-Ups while the lid is open. This function is ideal for cooking steaks at very high temperatures, providing steakhouse quality. Grill grates (tm) are made of hard anodized aluminum, which conducts heat more efficiently than cast iron or stainless steel.
