The lid

The bottom
Two air control sliders allow you to control the air supply. So you can't just speed up or slow down the charring of coal; You can also regulate the temperature this way. Especially useful if the visit lasts a few minutes longer or if you need spicy heat for searing. Also on the bottom is the ash container. This can be pushed out sideways, making it quick and easy to clean.

Mobile and stable
The grill always has a stable and safe stand on its 4 legs. Yet it offers you maximum mobility. This is ensured by the rubber wheels, making the NK 18 always movable. So you can react to the onset of rain or change position when the wind shifts.
