Never serve a dry, boring turkey again. A good brine bath with The Bird Brine will make the poultry juicy and flavorful. Poultry weighing more than 5 kilos require a 24-hour brine bath. Poultry under 10 pounds should be brined for 6-12 hours for maximum flavor.
Instructions for use: Mix 1 cup (approx. 230 grams) of Bird Brine with 1 gallon (approx. 4.5 liters) of water. (Double the recipe for large birds). Place the bird (turkey, chicken, goose, duck, etc...) in a meat bag or container of your choice and pour the Malcom's Bird Brine over the top. Make sure the bird stays submerged - weigh it down with a plate if necessary. Store the bird in an ice-filled refrigerator or cool box for the entire brining time.
Ingredients: Salt, sugar, whole peppercorns, garlic, onion, rosemary, bay leaves, sage, thyme, lemon peel.
