    The Katai Forged series has a robust yet subtle finish. The knives are each forged by hand. Every knife is unique.
    The series consists of a chef's knife, carving knife, bread knife, Santoku 18 and 14 cm and a universal knife. All knives are packed in a very nice box made of burnt wood with a transparent cover.
    Not dishwasher safe. Wash after use and dry thoroughly with a cloth.
