The distinctive wedge shape allows you to maintain a constant temperature of 200 to 370 degrees Celsius, ideal for making multiple pizzas or other dishes.

    In the DoJoe, you use the two deflector stones you already have, together with the included pizza stone, for a perfect crust and even cooking of the toppings. Made of high-quality aluminum and ceramic, the DoJoe is suitable for Kamado Joe Classic I, II & III, Bastard Large and Big Green Egg Large.
