    Voor spareribs probeer ik telkens nieuwe kruiden en toen ik laatst een filmpje van Heath Riles tegenkwam, gaf hij aan dat hij de Garlic Jalapeno, de Pecan en de Honey rub samen combineert. Deze combinatie geprobeerd en het was zalig. Misschien wel de beste combinatie voor mij tot dusverre. Smaken verschillen en het zijn dure potjes, maar ik vond het het waard.
