    The SnackRack is a handy basket specially designed for use with your FERNUS, perfect for frying or gratinating dishes with hot air. This versatile basket has two sides, making it even more flexible in use. On one side, you place your dish high in the oven, so that it comes into direct contact with the hot air flow of your stove for even cooking. If you turn the basket over, the bottom is lower and a deeper basket is created, ideal for frying, for example, bitterballen with hot air.

    The SnackRack is also designed with ease of use in mind. The handle of the pizza peel that came with your FERNUS fits perfectly on the SnackRack. This allows you to easily and safely remove your dishes from the oven, without burning your fingers. This makes the SnackRack not only practical but also safe to use, allowing you to effortlessly enjoy deliciously crispy and evenly prepared snacks and dishes.
