    Use : 100 grams of Brine o Magic in 1 liter of water and place your fish in the refrigerator for a few hours, depending on its size and weight.

    Ingredients: Sea salt, unrefined cane sugar, mustard flour, onion, chili, sodium acetate, thyme, rosemary and garlic.
