Ingredients: water, vinegar (white and apple), sugar, peppers (chipotle, guajillo, arbol and piquin), salt, natural flavors, spices, xanthan gum, silicon dioxide, citric acid and caramel.
Specifications:
Smokehouse chicken and ribs
- 2 cups marinated barbecue sauce
- 2 pounds of chicken without breasts
- 1 full rack of baby back ribs
- 4 ounces Cholula Chipotle Hot sauce
How to make:
- Preheat the grill to approximately 350°F.
- Mix the barbecue sauce and cholula chipotle. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture to use as a finishing sauce at the table.
- Place the ribs in a foil pan. Lightly puncture the pan to allow the juice to drain.
- Place the pan on the grill and cook for 2 - 2½ hours.
- Increase the heat, coat both sides of the ribs generously with the sauce mixture and grill for 10-15 minutes over direct heat until grill marks appear.
- Smoke the chicken with the sauce mixture and place it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Grill the chicken for about 7-8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve chicken and ribs with remaining sauce mixture
