    souvlaki van kip/varkenslvlees ruim insmeren met deze rub sap van halve citroen toevoegen en minimaal 2 uur in de koelkast laten intrekken.
    Op lange bbq pen steken goed droogdeppen, en nog een beetje rub erover strooien. Heerlijk met stokbrood tzaziki en voor de variatie doe eenderde van de spiesen bestrijken met Heat Riles Tangy vinegar bbq sauce
