    Product description

    The design of the VG10 series from Forged was created with inspiration from the knife country par excellence; Japan. You can see this, among other things, in the transition from the blade to the handle. This series is named after the type of steel used for the blade. The Japanese VG10 steel provides a pleasant hardness of no less than 60 Rockwell. The knives are forged in 5 layers, which subtly creates that typical appearance as you also see with damask knives. These techniques ensure sharpness and cutting comfort. The knives have a special handle made of luxurious root wood. The luxurious gift packaging completes the picture.

    Not suitable for the dishwasher. After you have rinsed the knife with water, dry it with a cloth.
