      Product description

      The DOT Digital Oven Thermometer is a simple thermometer that displays the current temperature and the set temperature. Set the desired temperature using the buttons, place the probe in the food: the DOT beeps and the display flashes when the set temperature is reached.

      The DOT is equipped with a large LCD display and loud 70dB audible alarm making it ideal for use in busy, professional kitchens or during a BBQ session in the garden.

      Housed in a durable and water-resistant housing, the DOT is designed to be placed on a work surface using the fold-out stand or hung from a metal surface using the magnetic pads on the back of the instrument.

      Each unit is supplied with a 114 mm penetration probe (810-078) fitted with a 1.2 meter stainless steel braided wire.
