Thanks to its versatility, the knife is a true all-rounder in the kitchen. Made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell, the knife offers both sharpness and durability. All Forged knives are hand-forged and have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees for optimal performance. The Olive Santoku knife 18 cm comes in a luxurious wooden box and has a 10-year warranty. Also available in a 14 cm version.
