Each Forged knife is hand-forged, making it unique. The knife has a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees for optimal performance. The Olive Santoku knife comes in a luxurious wooden box and has a 10-year warranty. Also available in an 18 cm version.
