    The Forged Intense Universal Knife is the smaller version of the chef’s knife. Ideal for cutting vegetables or smaller cuts of meat. Thanks to its narrow blade, you can work with great precision. Forged Intense knives are made of Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box. With a 10-year warranty.
