      Product description

      With the extra-long blade of the Forged Intense butcher's knife, you can easily prepare and portion large cuts of meat. Its distinctive feature is the upward curve at the end of the knife. With the butcher's knife, you can cut beautiful, straight slices of meat in a single stroke. The Forged Intense knives are made of Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, making each one unique. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box and covered by a 10-year warranty.
