      Product description

      The most versatile knife in the kitchen and indispensable for every (amateur) cook is the Forged Intense chef's knife. Ideal for cutting meat, fish or vegetables, as well as finely chopping herbs. The shape of the blade is characteristic of European cuisine. The Forged Intense knives are made of Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are forged by hand, making each one unique. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box and covered by a 10-year warranty.
