    Product description

    We have made our garlic sauce a little spicier than usual by adding black pepper and other herbs and spices, so that it stands up well in combination with the smoke and grill flavors of the barbecue. Gilroy Style Garlic is delicious with a burger or lamb, crustaceans and/or shellfish. But also try the sauce with an avocado or grilled carrot.

    Ingredients:

    Vegetable rapeseed oil, water, apple juice, sugar, free-range chicken egg yolk, garlic (3.5%), cider vinegar (contains sulphite), glucose-fructose syrup, salt, herbs, spices, mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, spices), malt vinegar (barley ), vinegar, food acid (acetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid), modified corn starch, preservative (potassium sorbate), molasses, color (carotene), thickener (guar gum), onion, tamarind extract, anchovies, flavouring, antioxidant (calcium disodium esta).
