      Product description

      In the North, the mustard sauce is traditionally more sour in taste and thinner in structure. This is because the English long ago introduced the mustard and vinegar that gives this sauce its distinct character. In the South, the sauce was influenced by the French, who added some sugar to the sauce in addition to mustard. Our own Carolina Style Golden is inspired by this last Southern variant. A longer cooking time reduces the sharp taste of mustard and it slowly becomes sweeter until it is perfectly balanced.

      Ingredients:

      Sugar, MUSTARD (33.5%), water, caster sugar, vinegar, salt, spice mixture (paprika, salt, onion, sugar, garlic, jalapeño pepper, paprika (smoked), chili (GLUTEN), pepper, fennel seeds, cumin, smoke flavoring) , vegetable hydrolyzed protein (SOYA), molasses, malt vinegar (GLUTEN), dextrose, herbs and spices, orange, aroma, coloring (Class III caramel, Bixin), food acid (Citric acid), preservative (Potassium hydrogen sulphite (SULPHITE), Potassium sorbate), modified potato starch, garlic, curry (Contains MUSTARD)
