      Our Butcher BBQ Pork Injection gives you that amazing deep pork flavor while still retaining moisture. Cooking with this has proven to be a winner countless times. The Butcher BBQ Pork Injections are the only ones on the market that come with an easy to seal container. We took science and cooking, combined them and created this easy to use injection for any cook to make the best pork ever. Mix 3/4 cup pork injection with 2 cups water. Other options are to split the water with different fruit juices, cola or vegetable broth. Use the same system to inject as instructed in the beef injection. Make sure thicker cuts of meat (like pork shoulder and pork loin) go into the center of the meat.

      hydrolyzed vegetable protein (hydrolyzed SOY, corn protein, salt), partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (cottonseed & SOYBAN oil), monosodium glutamate, sodium phosphate, pork flavor (yeast extract, natural flavors, maltodextrin), xanthan gum.
