Injecting chicken is an easier way to get deep natural flavor and moisture into the meat, without the mess of soaking it in a brine. Determine the flavor exactly where the judges taste it. It also helps against cooking small pieces where the window of excess weight and drying begins. We've been able to give you all the moisture and flavor in a bag that everyone can use.

    Mix 1/4 cup Bird Booster with 2 cups water. Use a meat injector and inject the white meat or dark meat with it. Make sure you get it all the way to the bone. Be sure to move the needle around the flesh while injecting.

    Ingredients: sodium phosphate, chicken base, flower bud butter, black pepper, garlic, onion and basil.
