    All palates are different, so enhance to your taste. We recommend starting with 3/4 cup injection to two cups of water. Other options are to split the water with beer, apple juice, cola or beef stock. We've taken science and cooking, combined them and created this easy-to-use injection for any cook to use to make your best brisket ever.
