    Product description

    This product has a spicy note to the final product. Remember that pork flavor you used to get when making over an open fire? We got that flavor in this injectable. Our Open Pit injectable is the only one on the market that comes in an easy to close can. Each can comes with a free scoop.

    Mix 3/4 cup pork injection with two (2) cups of water. Other options are to split 1/2 the water with various fruit juices, cola or vegetable broth.

    Ingredients

    Hydrolyzed vegetable protein (hydrolyzed soy and corn protein and salt, to which partially hydrogenated vegetable oil [cottonseed, soy] has been added), sodium phosphate, molasses, garlic, onion, butter powder, pepper and xanthan gum. This product is gluten free.
