      Product description

      The Forged Brute paring knife is the smallest knife in the Brute series. A lightweight knife with a narrow blade. This knife is primarily used for peeling vegetables and fruit and for small, practical cutting tasks. Forged Brute knives are made of Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, making each one unique. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden box and covered by a 10-year warranty.
