      Product description

      The Forged Brute bread knife has a long, serrated blade, ideal for slicing crusty bread or quiche, for example. It is also perfect for cutting larger vegetables or fruits such as melon, pumpkin or pineapple. Forged Brute knives are made from Japanese 440C steel with a hardness of 58 Rockwell. All Forged knives are hand-forged, making each one unique. The knives have a blade thickness of 2 mm and a cutting angle of 18 degrees. Packaged in a luxurious wooden case. With a 10-year warranty.
