    Oak is the most versatile smoking wood. The smoke is mild with a hint of bitter that does not linger. It colors the meat beautifully golden yellow to brown. Oak is very tasty with beef and pork but also goes well with game and fish.
    These smoking chips are ideally suited for use in Borniak smoke ovens. These smokers have a smoke generator with a capacity of 2L, with which you can smoke continuously for 8 hours.
